By train/bus
The nearest train station is at Jesenice; there, you can board a bus for another 30-minute drive to Kranjska Gora, which is only 20 km away.
There is also a train station in Tarvisio, Italy, and in Villach in Austria. From here, you can take a taxi, as both stations are no more than 20 km away.
